Seren Feng Shui provides Feng Shui consultations, home assessments, reports, educational resources, workshops, digital products and related services.

Services may be provided:

• Online
• Via video conferencing platforms
• By telephone
• In person through home visits

Seren Feng Shui reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue any service at any time.

3. BOOKINGS

Bookings may be made through our website, online scheduling provider, email or other agreed methods.

A booking is not confirmed until confirmation has been provided by Seren Feng Shui.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that information supplied during the booking process is accurate and complete.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

Fees for services will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Seren Feng Shui reserves the right to require full payment or a booking deposit before services are provided.

Where payment is required in advance, services may be withheld until payment has been received.

All prices are stated in the applicable currency shown at the time of booking.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment by providing reasonable notice.

Seren Feng Shui reserves the right to charge for appointments cancelled at short notice or where a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation.

Any cancellation or rescheduling terms applicable to a specific service will be communicated at the time of booking.
